Set on the shores of the Menai Strait amidst breathtakingly beautiful scenery, this elegant house was redesigned by James Wyatt in the 18th century.

The 1930s restyled interior is famous for its Rex Whistler association and contains his exquisite romantic mural and the largest exhibition of his works.

The traditional home of the Marquess of Anglesey

Situated on the bank of the Menai Strait with magnificent views of Snowdonia. Elegant 18th C house by James Wyatt, contains Rex Whistler’s largest painting and an exhibition of his work. In the Military Museum are campaign relics of the 1st Marquess of Anglesey and the battle of Waterloo. Fine spring garden, summer terrace, and autumn colour. Woodland Walk.
